VIEWING OUR ROOMS
We organise viewings based on your room requirements at a time that suits you best.
HOLDING DEPOSIT
We require a holding deposit of £200 to reserve a room for you and take it off the market.
REFERENCE CHECK
You complete an online application form and we check your references and right to rent in the UK.
MOVING IN YOUR ROOM
On move-in you pay 1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit. NO admin fees.
